I spend quite a bit of my Sunday mornings cleaning cages and visiting my friends in Cat Room #1. Yes, Sharky is still waiting for adoption. When it’s his turn out of the cage, he doesn’t waste any time.
Two of Sharky’s hobbies are lounging in the wall hammock and enthusiastically hunting.
What a sweet girl cat! She’s a little shy, but warms up FAST and is so happy to receive attention.
Beatrix and Bunny are just two of the beautiful youngsters waiting for homes at PAWS.
There have been a number of odd eyed cats at the shelter this year. Amazing!
Charlie is a lovely two year old sweetheart.
*Friendly Spayed Female
You know those cats who show you their bellies, ask for a tummy rub, then show you their very sharp claws?
Charlie is certainly not one of those! She loves human contact and happily turns on the purrs.
Handsome and friendly Tigger has a purr motor that goes from zero to twenty-five decibels in seconds.
He also makes friends easily, like Casper here.
Nine year old Bella likes people… other cats, not so much.
She loves attention; being petted, brushed, and generally treated as the queen of the household. After all, she is a cat.
Two years ago, the last time we saw Sharky, he was an adorable playful kitten.
He was adopted, but then a few months ago he was returned – as a gorgeous fully grown and extremely angry cat.
Handsome and friendly, two year old Max came to PAWS with his sister Audrey.
Their family had medical problems and could no longer care for them.
Here’s a lovely opportunity: adopt a full grown, but still young, healthy boy who loves attention and gets along fine with other cats.
Come meet Max at PAWS.
