When you have a harmonious home, with two wonderful well adjusted cats like Mickey Mouser and Rufus the Red, why rock the boat?
I don’t know the answer to that question.
One Sunday morning, while doing my regular cleaning work at PAWS, I saw this eight month old polydactyl boy, and evidently lost my mind.
That afternoon, I suggested Rick take some measurements at the shelter for a catification project. And, by the way, want to see a cute cat?
Here’s our very own Mickey Mouser, luxuriating in his favorite sunny cat bed.
And then along comes Rufus the Red…
They are such good buddies.
Back to PAWS, where the most beautiful cats wait for their special people.
Yes, Naila, I’m talking about you.
Friendly, confident Naila is interviewing prospective adopters at PAWS.
On our vacation we stopped in Kotor, Montenegro.
We saw this sign posted on the wall, down a narrow winding street:
How could cat people resist the lure?
Mickey: I was here first, Rufus.
Rufus: And that matters why?
It’s been a long cold Winter here in Connecticut and our old electric cat mat has been in constant and sometimes disputed use.
When Maya from Art of Paws wrote to offer a new larger, thicker mat for review, we said yes!
How did she know that Mickey Mouser and Rufus the Red are professional mattress testers?
Cat Room #1 at PAWS is a room with cages, but the inhabitants are only confined at meal time (when each cat gets their different special diet delivery) and bed time.
Much of the day, there’s a party at Daphne’s condo. That’s her on the bottom left. Matt the Cat is above her, and Yu Yu is in the foreground.
All of the cats in Room #1 are nice gentle cats.
Making a list, checking it twice;
Gonna find out who’s naughty and nice…
You think I need these fake ears?
