Maybe it is fortuitous that Carrie came to the shelter. I know this is all too common...All my fur kids are adoptees and I'm a member of a shelter in our region. I can't fathom the mind set of some (many) humans, I really can't. One can only hope that what goes around comes around for those people...and that Carrie finds the *right* forever home very soon. Fingers and paws crossed for her! She looks like a real sweetie pie!
